Poole & Craib are a folk songwriting duo from B.C.’s Lower Mainland, known for thoughtful guitar work, close harmonies, and story-driven songs. They have released three records, including their latest album Window on the World in 2025, and have performed at venues such as the Vancouver East Cultural Centre and Aperture Coffee Bar.

Andrew, Cameron & Clyde are a Vancouver-based trio rooted in the city's experimental music underground. Born out of the NOW Society's legendary improv workshops and the artist-run space 8East in historic Chinatown, TheMangyCalf blends classical training, punk spirit, and economic theory into a raw, spontaneous form of free jazz. Expect deep listening, open-ended sets, and surprise guests.

Danielle creates music for the seekers, blending the soul-deep roots of Tracy Chapman and Joni Mitchell with the modern, rhythmic textures of Olivia Dean and Tems. Her sound is a compelling mix of indie-folk and alternative pop where emotional storytelling meets a high-energy presence. Born from a background of supporting others through life’s most profound transitions, her lyrics carry a weight and wisdom that explore the contours of motherhood, midlife, and the freedom of letting go. Following the momentum of her 2025 release Later Is Here, she brings a bold sound to the stage featuring her newest singles Love in a Different Way and Show Me.

Kiara Joan is a Vancouver-based LGBTQ+ singer-songwriter bringing an intimate, speakeasy-style acoustic night to the cozy back room of Aperture Coffee Bar.

Her sound blends folk-infused pop with subtle country influences, focusing on honest storytelling and the personal chapters that shape her life. Performing a stripped-back set with a minimal amp setup, Kiara creates a warm, immersive connection, sharing the raw experiences and meanings behind every song.

Jeanne Rudd is a talented Vancouver jazz vocalist known for her soulful improvisations and rich musical heritage. She is the daughter of a Canadian bebop pioneer and has quickly become an award-winning fixture in the local jazz scene. Her performances blend original compositions with a unique, versatile style. Don't miss this chance to see her live before her debut CD arrives later this year.

Barbara Shaw (Random Old Lady) delivers a lively performance with rhythmic guitar, bluesy harmonica, and a powerful contralto voice. Her songs mix humor, storytelling, and clever lyrics that invite audiences to laugh, sing along, and enjoy the moment. Joined by her playful “altar ego,” Sister Mary Barbara, the show brings a fun and unique energy to the stage.

Josh Moore is a folk singer-songwriter whose sound is rooted in Appalachian storytelling and shaped by a lifetime of mountain living. Drawing inspiration from artists like John Prine, Guy Clark, and Martin Sexton, his music blends thoughtful lyrics with melodic, folk-driven guitar. Now based in Southwest Montana, Josh performs both as a solo artist and as lead guitarist, songwriter, and vocalist for Laney Lou and The Bird Dogs, bringing heartfelt, down-to-earth performances to audiences across the region.

Harrison Smyth is a singer and guitarist who consistently strives to push the boundaries of sound. He combines Folk, Punk and Psychedelia cloaked in a singer-songwriter feel.

Comprised of a dynamic brass frontline and a tight-knit rhythm section, this quintet explores the depth and nuance of the Jazz Standard. Whether you are a lifelong jazz aficionado or just looking for the perfect soundtrack to your weekend, their blend of Saxophone, Trumpet, and swing is not to be missed.

Born In Calgary, Alberta Canada SIDIKI grew up in a household with a deep appreciation of music from various cultures and backgrounds. In his teens he started his musical career playing drums for his elder brothers Blues and Classic Rock cover band. As a drummer he was always drawn to the music of Africa and Latin America. As his musical horizons expanded he ventured into the world of Jazz but continued to lean towards Afro Cuban and Brazilian forms of Jazz.

Jen has been divulging matters of the heart ❤️ for sometime now , sharing her stories through songs . She loves hearing that her music helps people to heal from pain and that it is also an inspiration.

Jen plate live locally in Vancouver where she also teaches music .

She has toured in North America and had songs chart in the billboard dance charts and had her music .. recorded in mandarin and Spanish

Ikuko began her professional singing career in 2000. She has enjoyed performing at popular Vancouver venues, from clubs and theaters, to restaurants and festivals. Early in her career she opened for legendary Ray Brown Trio and she has frequently performed with groups in Japan. In 2018 one of her mentors and respected Alberta Jazz pianist/composer/published author Charlie Austin produced her album , "Holding Back The Year".

Vancouver’s truly dynamic duo Crash World are a sonic tapestry of two voices and six strings by the accomplished and harmonious Glen MacLeod and Graham MacDonald. Their distinctive sounds fuse the poetic whimsy of the ‘60s and the alluring boldness of the ’70s with a refreshing contemporary flare.
